We recommend creating a Repair product with variants that are meaningful for your business.

This can by synced to your Shopify & used in Draft Orders or Shopify POS.

Intaking a repair

  1. Create a Sales Order -> Add the "repairs" object

  2. Create an Manufacturing Order for the repair if inventory/operations need to be tracked for the repair
